TITAN'S THE BIGGEST!

The HD TITAN; - designed for tractors up to 300hp, this brushcutter slasher has twin rotors that slash gorse and unwanted herbage well over  100mm and in diameter ! 

The TITAN features a hydraulic operated rear opening tailgate to expose the rear cutters of the machine to tackle massive herbage and growth normally not accesable to a convential machine.The opening and closing of the rear tailgate acts as a 'feeder action' to assist the operator to maintain the operation with precise and accurate control.

Titan transmission utilises a massive Italian centre T gearbox, connected to the outer boxes via  quality industrial,  flexible element couplings (made in Germany), as used on large excavators.

Travelling at 4420m/minute, the twin 16mm (5/8") thick Flail plates and six 16mm thick  Flails offer massive hitting force: over 10 tonne of impact per flail!  A force that has been proven to even cut down trees!

Fieldmaster sees the Titan as an "up to the minute" contractors tool.  - It's so much faster than traditional drum style mulchers, and combined with less maintenance, gives the Titan an excellent long term cost benefit for the operator and owner.

The process of 'Rotary action" slashing and Mulching with a rotary type machine (like Titan) is undoubtedly the preferred method due to the speed of operation. - you just need to ask a TITAN owner!

Given the type of work Titan will be asked to undertake, the deck and construction is  incredibly strong. The Deck and structural backbone of the Titan is a folded section of 2 x 8mm decks, formed in a 'monocoque' style configuration, and extra reinforced rib braces, to withstand the toughest of conditions.Before final assembly, it is shot blasted with abrasive garnet, and a oven baked zinc coating and heat processed top coat finish is applied, to protect the purchasers investment.

The super strong reinforced headstock features Cat II and III double clevis linkage. Titan boasts massive, high clearance underbody wide throat that can gobble up huge amounts of scrub and gorse quickly, turning unproductive wasteland into valuable pasture.
